The vase has been the flagship product of the Daum crystal works since its founding in 1878. The centerpiece of the Rose Royale collection is none other than the prestige Rose Royale vase, produced in a limited edition of 50. This extremely rare model stands nearly one meter tall, weighs over 75 kg, and is made of crystal and bronze, resting on a base with a satin varnish patina. This piece required over 900 hours of work and features 35 finely sculpted roses in shimmering hues, their petals blending into an elegant crystalline drape, extended by the delicate curve of the base. Subtle touches of gold leaf illuminate some of the flowers, enhancing their brilliance. The Rose Royale line distinguishes itself from other rose collections through its warm colors—pink, orange, and yellow—as well as the shapes of its petals. Indeed, while the flowers in the Rose Passion and Rose Éternelle lines faithfully reproduce the details of each corolla, those in Rose Royale seem perpetually in motion, as if enveloped in precious silk. Each bowl, each vase, appears draped in a sublime fabric, adorned with roses in refined and luminous hues. The Rose Royale collection is elegantly available in a large vase and a medium vase, perfect shapes for creating exceptional bouquets.
