This refined edition offers a contemporary and luminous interpretation of a signature motif. It retains the botanical and sculptural DNA of the original collection while breathing new life into it through a palette of lighter colors, enhanced with touches of intense blue. At the crossroads of refinement and artisanal virtuosity, the Fleur de Paon Exotique collection embodies the subtle alliance between tradition and innovation. Each piece, the result of a lengthy creative process using the demanding lost-wax casting technique, reveals a play of transparencies and nuances inherent to crystal paste. This new variation introduces a complementary blue hue, which energizes the botanical silhouette of the pieces while providing a bold contrast with the other colors. These new blue tones also enhance the cabochons, accentuating the singular elegance of this collection. In this collection, five key pieces have been reinterpreted through the lens of this exotic palette: the Magnum vase, the large vase, the centerpiece, the medium bowl, and the small vase.

These pieces, among the collection's bestsellers, offer a complete range, suitable for various uses and all decorating tastes. The Magnum vase is the centerpiece of this collection. Standing 76 centimeters tall, it embodies the majesty of the paon motif. Sculpted with extreme precision, every detail of the peacock's feathers is highlighted by the interplay of light inherent to the crystal paste. The base, also crafted using the lost-wax casting method by a master bronze sculptor, is enhanced by a blue patina that echoes the new cabochons. The Magnum vase from the Exotic Peacock Flower collection is a limited edition of 25 pieces. Each piece requires nearly 480 hours of work to create. The larger vase offers this aesthetic in a more accessible version, while retaining the chromatic richness and meticulous sculpting for which Daum is renowned. A true floral sculpture, this piece combines sculptural forms and luminous colors to create a composition that is both harmonious and vibrant. Three hundred hours of work are required to create this exceptional piece. The centerpiece, another iconic piece in the collection, is distinguished by its generous dimensions and strong presence at the heart of a space. Produced in a limited edition of 99, it showcases a new color variation with vegetal tones, enriched by a touch of bright blue. The polished cabochons, varied textures, and luminous finish once again demonstrate the exacting standards and precision of the master glassmakers at Cristallerie Daum. The small vase and medium bowl elegantly complete this collection. Each piece is the result of a complex process requiring seven manufacturing steps and eight to ten days of firing (depending on the piece) in the factory's kilns, before the final finishing and signature. The bluish hues appearing on the edge of the cup or on the contours of the vase are made possible only thanks to the unparalleled mastery of lost wax by the artisans of Cristallerie Daum.
