Cavalcade

An ode to life carried by light. Cavalcade is not simply a collection: it is a manifesto of the intimate relationship between matter and movement, between the craftsman's hand and the animal's spirit. It evokes the deep roots of a house that, for over a century, has audaciously explored the possibilities of crystal, in constant dialogue with artists and the forms of life. Through it, Daum House does not only capture the beauty of the horse: it transmits its truth. For, as an old proverb says, the air of paradise blows between a horse's ears. It is this air that Cavalcade attempts, with grace and light, to make resonate in our interiors.

Paradise Braiding Collection

The Tressage Paradis collection features vases of varying proportions, the centerpiece of which is a monumental creation that stands as a model of strength and balance. Its ample, flared silhouette expresses the upward thrust of vegetation, while simultaneously controlling its growth. The verticality of the lines, intertwined like a bouquet of braided foliage, creates a unique contrast between the architectural rigor of the weaving and the natural movement of the plant. Each vase thus becomes a work of art where nature itself is transformed into crystal, merging the art of glass with the organic elegance of living things.

MAYA COLLECTION

The Maya Collection: Crystal masterpieces inspired by the Caribbean

At the heart of the Maya collection is the magnum vase, the quintessential centerpiece. Monumental in size (54 cm) and aura, this vase depicts six rays in a striking aquatic choreography. Sculpted with remarkable precision, they move in a turquoise palette evoking the clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Limited to 99 pieces, this vase is the result of exceptional craftsmanship: more than 500 hours of work, 17 days of firing, and rigorous quality control at every stage. The result: a living work of art, whose light reveals the richness of its facets and reflections. In the same spirit of excellence, the large model vase illustrates a scene of remarkable visual intensity: eight dolphins emerge from the water in a masterful flight. The crystal embraces the forms with an almost liquid lightness, enhanced by a color gradient ranging from milky white to deep turquoise. Limited to 175 pieces, this masterpiece testifies to the virtuosity of Maison Daum in the art of capturing movement in matter. The Maya collection also features a spectacular centerpiece, where three rays seem to undulate gently, as if carried by an invisible current. Adorned with mother-of-pearl, they diffuse an iridescent light that accentuates their organic and mysterious presence. Every detail is designed to magnify nature, in an interpretation that is both faithful and stylized.
